Great stuff with a good gravy  I go equal parts by volume flour, milk, and eggs, don't be stingy with the butter (melted and mixed in) and some salt.  I don't bother with scortching the tin, etc, just pour in a teflon muffin tin and into the oven.  Very easy.

Newbs should test bake one or two.  They should be semi hollow, not solid.  Thin the mix a little with more milk if they don't puff up semi hollow.  Expect some deflation as they cool.

Must be served with good gravy.  Those using store bought gravy will be shot.
