When I saw Phil on Wednesday, he looked like an in shape guy. Not like this, hides it very well in street clothes. Only thing that sticks out are his arms.

Coleman had horrible aesthetics. Hiroshima waist and abs, no calves and droopy pecs, he had bad lines. He is bigger than Phil sure.
