Ronnie won his first Olympia at the age of 36 and was 248 lb. Phil is 31 and around the same weight. Give him another 4-5 years and we'll see what he looks like.
Ronnie's first Olympia was at 32 (1994) and he didn't even place in the top 15. I do think Ronnie is better than Phil, but to compare them at different ages isn't fair.
