Exactly , in shape I have a real  27'' waist (without sucking my gut in )  ,no fucking way Flex had smaller waist than me.

Flex is a pure ectomorph and his bone and muscle structure is like that of Brian Buchanan...small wrists, ankles, knees, and waist...which part of the reason why his round muscle bellies looked fuller...
Flex was competing at 198 at the height of 5'10, back in 89 or 90 (not surre about 91),
and won his Pro car at 215 in 92, and the Arnold at 216...most guys at his height were pushing 240-250 at the time...

I'll  give him 27, but not 26...

Jojo is from Ghana, firmly believe that Brian and Flex and Melvin could trace their genetics to around that part of W. Africa...all have the same physique, all have the same full round muscle bellies with tiny joints.

Of all the measurements Flex throughout---even his "32 inch quads"  (Mass Construction vid, while doing legs), the 27 inch waist during his rookie yr is the most believable, as he didn't weigh that much.

Very few black men have wide shoulders, their shoulders and their waists are usually a similar size, and even when they do have wide shoulders, they don't have that hulking look that arnold had, i guess the term is lazy shoulders or droopy shoulders, no black man has this. I kind of have it with a 38 inch chest, dunno what I am around the shoulders, but this look doesn' exist in black men. Ronnie had something similar, but not until he weighed 280 on stage, which is when his shoulders couldnt help but look a little lazy from the weight of his arms, giving him a look of power. DUnno why it is, black men are just generally not wide at the shoulders, and when they are, it still doesn't look wide.
