From '90 to '93, his waist was decent (he only looked blocky standing next to guys like Haney and Wheeler). From '94 onward, he looked bloated and pregnant.

His waist wasnt to shabby in 95-96, however like all the Massive guys over 250lbs there are times when they are caught Mid shot or Relaxed where the Guts look worse than when flexed.
