R.I.P to Al, but he was the one holding the Raiders back all these years. Terrible front office, and drafts. I still don't get why teams recycle the same useless quarterbacks year after year. Jason Cambell will never be anything other then a decent backup. You need "franchise" quarterbacks like Brady, Manning, and Rodgers...... Go Patriots!!!!!!!!

A few years ago, an anonymous group of people rented a billboard about a mile away from the stadium that said something to the affect of "Al Davis, this message is from your fans. PLEASE HIRE someone else to do the important things with your team so we can actually WIN!-Thanks, your Raider Fans."

It was only up a couple of days and as far as I know/remember, they never found out who had the sign made.

Yep. With the money that they paid Jamarcus Russell, and Darius Heyward-Bay, they could have signed multiple proven free agents. You also notice that the head coaches are no names that Al knew he could control.

There is such a thing as "too big" in my book. Then again, I have always been partial to guys like Arnold, and Sean Ray so I guess i'm not a fan of " Michelin Muscle".
