I would use the prop 3 times a week min, EOD would be best.

What are your stats and goals? It has already been asked.

What's the test dosage (i.e. mg per ml)?  Typical would be 100mg every day or every other day.

You can split up the deca also, 200mg 2x per week.

Do you have a pct plan in place?  Don't start unless you do! 

Recommend:

Letrozole 1.25mg every day throughout
Hcg 500 IU every 5 days until 2 weeks after last test shot
Nolvadex on hand should gyno appear, then abour 2 weeks post cycle do 40mg x 2 weeks, then 20mg for another 2-4 weeks
Also, run the test 2 weeks longer than the deca.
Also, run antioxidants throughout.
