that works out to 220 grams.. a tad bit more than 1 gram per lb lean mass but meso carries alot of muscle... 220 isnt overdoing it..

I have some liquid eggwhites in a 500ml water bottle with me at univescity and whenever its time for the meal I just drink it and eat whatever else I find in the school restauraunt.

It's not taking it easy. It's giving your body what it needs instead of overeating excess protein that is useless.
