And that's an old beta build.

But if you like super intense close combat non realistic shooting then COD is for you.

But if you like open warfare combat, more realistic and harder and requires teamwork, but also with some clsoe combat mab then BF3 is for you

Think i'll try BF3 first, and Uncharted, then get COD as the next game after that.

I loved BF:1942 and the Vietnam one, guess i'll stick with it at first.

BF3 actually FEELS like Battlefiled again. Bad company 2 was fun but didn't feel like a battlefiled game. At first I was worried that bf3 was kinda simular due to playing Metro. BUt when they opened up Caspian Boarder with the jets, and helicopters and shit. I was like ..BF IS BACK BABY.

Bu friend Dave also playes and a few of his friends so we talk in skape and play at the same team on each others teams etc. And when Bf3 comes, the Squad management will be working. DING DING NEGGA

Breaking News: Tokyo on the edge

I am dumb, you are the one who has the ignorant Pig in shit attitude. get a fucking GC I dare you.
All the independent reports I have seen from Japanese civilians suggest that the Tokyo tap water is insanely high.
How far are you from the Fukushima Dai-Ichi site??

Strontium 90 is already all around in Tokyo area. The amount was 195 Bq/kg.

Detected by a university staff teaching engineering, so the measurement is trustworthy.

It has nothing to do with the historical world-wide nuclear test, because it was measured on the roof of and apartment, which was built only 5 years ago.

Now the test result was sent to Yokohama city government.

Yokohama city government is supposed to pretend to re-measure it and say it’s not a harmful amount at all.

The location was randomly chosen. The person who randomly found it is very upset and confused.

It means strontium 90 is already all around in Tokyo area.

Ministry of Education and Science found strontium 79km area on 9/30.

They kept asserting Plutonium and Strontium don’t fly further than 80km because they don’t want them to fly so much.
Shit it must have taken a cab  ::)

Yup, no independent reports are confirming what i am saying, huh?? But then you have a kid, so ignorance must be bliss.
Unfortunately, your ignorance will not halt the on-set of leukaemia/various cancers. your kid is going to die Young. Good luck with that.
Could you get any further into denial - Okutama area, where Tokyo tap water comes is as dangerous as “contaminated area” in Chernobyl.

According to the data above, 100,000 ~ 300,000 Bq/m2 was measured in Okutama area. I would recomend drinking at least x8 ltrs a day from the tap

That looks fucking retarded. Not even the slightest hint of realism. Im sorry but i can't suspend disbelief when you are doing barrel rolls 2 feet from the ground all while clipping trees and not wrecking. Game looks like total shit. I think ill stick to PC. I owned an xbox for 2 months and sold it. I don't see myself getting a console anytime soon.

there has to be a combination of realism and Fun gameplay. They have nailed it. IF you hit a tree you blow up, but not the branches. ANd bf3 is probably going to be the best looking game to date. And they still have to numb it down so the consoles doesnt slide too much behind sadly.

I'm still playing on my 5850 XXX. Bad company 2 looked Insane on that, and the bf3 beta looked even better, and my card doesn't even meet the requirements lol.

Games are not advancing fast enough (on pc which has the potential) because they're still building games based on DX9 so the consoles wond end up so far behind. bf3 is DX11 supported also or whatever its called. but if the Built an actualy game on that engine alone it would look like no other, but they cant do that due to shitty 5 yr old consoles.

bf3 on pc will look  Alot better then on consoles. And consoles doesn't even get the 64 players at once option lol. Since their hardware cant handle it.

playing with a few buddies makes games a few Hundred % better, which is something I ddint realise. And bf 3 Beta was insane witha  few buddies and the squad system didnt even work then lol.

They recode almost everthing in battlefield Not in cod though lol. bf3 looks a little bit like bfbc2 though but thats probably because they're already at max for what they're allowed to do. feels Completly different though. Million times better.

Never been into those types of games, but I liked fallout new vegas and I guess thats "kinda" simular. the game Looks awesome though as in visuals.

Im really looking forward to saints row 3 also for some hilarious entertaintment on the side lol.

they WANT to be Over the top lol.

seriously, why the fuck do you have to derail every thread you post in with shit like this

I mean, this isn't a political thread or anything like that

we are just talking about video games

I would understand if you were a troll gimmick but sadly you're not

can we just talk about moving images that shoot and kill each other on the tv

Main but ultimatly important difference between medal of honor and Battlefield 3 is

Medal of honor - no vehicles - scripted action.
Battlefield 3 - all vehicles - open sandbox gameplay.

Knifing someone in Bf now is Awesome. And getting knifed is Horrible. Especially if you're defending and you dont think anyone is around and all of a sudden yopu get pulled from the ground and fucking stabbed lol.

there were some small problems with the knifing animatioon during the beta though.

but at 00:52 sec what I explained happends do a dude. All of a sudden you see someones face followed by a knife in the neck/heart whatever. Slightly unrealistic that you're all of a sudden standing. But thats part of it lol.

I already started this thread on the Entertainment board, but it doens't get any views there, so please forgive me kiwi.

What, 11 views not enough for you??!!!! >:( ::) ;D

E board is a work in progress, hopefully it'll pick up more & more over time.

As for titles, if you don't mind old school games, try Doom 3, Doom: Resurrection of Evil, Star Wars: Republic Commando, Half Life 2, Far Cry series, Black and Area 51, as well as some of the ones mentioned before in this thread. Not sure if all of those titles are on PS 2/PS 3, but a lot of them are.
