It's on GaspariTV. "I've been sponsored by Gaspari". She's being called a great inspiration by the Gaspari host.

Did Jenna Jameson hack the GaspariTV youtube account to add this clip? Will Gaspari be removing this clip immediately?

She's giving nutritional advice on the GaspariTV youtube channel. Pretty good advice about getting "tighter and yummier" thru more frequent meals.

She also thanks Gaspari nutrition for sending out such great products. They are great, I'll agree with the porn starlet there. That SizeOn stuff - incredible.
