Performing tire flips neither. That back flip was just an example.
Apart from being pretty strong for a bodybuilder, he has the coordination and flexibility to do those back flips. How many other pro bodybuilders can perform them, apart from a much lighter Antoine Vaillant?

I can't do a back flip no more than he run a 40 without snapping a hammy, catching a ball on the fly without having ACL reconstruction or walking up a flight of stairs without oxygen.

WTF are you talking about? Come up with a better argument than that. But as for the tire flips. He can do it a few times but he couldn't do it for time or even 10 flips without gassing and resting for 10min.

You see, there is no exact definition of an "athlete". Can you compare a swimmer with a cyclist, or a mountain climber with a MMA fighter? No you can't, but all of them are athletes.

Even if he is getting a bit of assistance on the bench that is some of the most insane bench pressing I have ever seen. Some say levrone could do 270kg for 3 reps or so before he tore his pec. Anyways that is insane lifting by Winklaar.

his squats are somewhat confusing why does he do quarter squats with a ton of weight

why not do parallel squats with half a ton of weight?

I think that type of squats can work really well for quad size. But he is going so incredibly heavy which really increases the risk of injury. He is also squatting outside of the power cage. I hope he avoid a jean-pierre fux situation.
