wtf is that?? story?
very cool though
I recall this specific pic was an ICBM (test launch obviously) seen from the city of Yekaterinburg, RUS some time ago. Some more. Thanks to upped activity of development of new toys, we can enjoy (as long as they don't have warheads attached it's all cool, LOL) these amazing lights of these tests more often. These were seen here in Finland (sick) !

I recall local "space group" (don't know how to put it in english) confirmed them to be Russian test launches. "Cool" story if you have a little time; Back in 80's one Soviet 'target missile' was failed to shot down in their exercises and it arrived in Finnish airspace and dropped in lake in Lapland It was big happening back then. Foreign press arrived and everything. Northern lights are very cool also. I have witnessed them several times and in silent dark night they are indeed a spectacular sight in the sky.

During an early morning response to a house fire in Santa Rosa de Temuco, Chile, firefighters witnessed the unbelievable. A mother dog risked her life to save her puppies from the fire surrounding the burning house, which started because of a car bomb. The mother dog, Amanda, raced back and forth between the house, putting her 10 day old puppies in the safest place she could find - a firetruck! She didn't stop racing back into the fire until all of her puppies were safely away from the fire. The firemen on scene could not believe their eyes. Most people have never seen a dog this smart or this brave! After rescuing all of her pups from the blaze, Amanda sat down next to them, protecting them with her body. Onlookers called an emergency veterinary service and she and her pups were rushed to the hospital. Aside from one puppy being treated for serious burns, the entire family are alive and well - thanks to the bravery of Amanda, the heroic mother!

I notice the difference, now that I compare these pics with those from your previous post. Northern light results in wide and colorful air sceneries, while those test launches result in weird shaped & lighted clouds. I presume the Finnish government was pretty pissed off after that accident. Many people could have killed when it dropped on a town. This would be a fucking awesome experience:
