just started using the same width grip on my benches that Roelly uses there about 6 months ago and my chest has never been bigger, had my grip in 6 inches closer for years and just decided to try the wide grip one day.

blue 20
yellow 15
black 10
bar 20

That makes it 260kg in total which is 577 lbs.

A couple thing I noticed about Roelly when I met him was. He's shorter than I thought. Very bloofy and kind of narrow.  I wasn't really impressed.

Red: 25kg/ +/- 55lb
Yellow: 15kg/ +/- 33lb
