Anyone ever tried the protein bar?  How does it taste?  I’ve never seen them sold in a retail location… and I’m not inclined to buy a box via mail order without trying it first.

I tried one of these earlier this week.Bought it at a gas station.It was pretty damn good.

Black Belts in Taekwondo and Shotokan Karate. Basically capable of ending a confrontation with one strike. If it took me 2 or 3 strikes to drop someone I would consider it a failure.

It's funny you bought up ice cream sandwiches.  In my late 20's I went on an ice cream sandwich kick having to have one or two every night.  This when on for awhile. A wedding came up and I went to put on my suit and it was so tight the pants road up and the sleeves were shortened from the tightness.  I put it on to show the wife and she couldn't stop laughing.

Not too bad taste wise but the macros are crap. Overall would rather just eat a regular snickers and chase it with a protein shake

Impressive. Very nice. You should consider adding capoeira to your list of hand-to-hand skills next. One time, I had the entire club clapping and cheering after dropping a jealous mouth-breather with a well-timed cartwheel transitioning into a scorpion kick. The DJ literally screamed 'make some noise!!' then pressed the airhorn sound-effect button as the girls basically swarmed around me. Women love a man that can dance.

Horse Stance and Kata is part of all Karate. If you lack the discipline to learn and master the material then so be it. I studied ITF TraditionalTaekwondo which is alot closer to Shotokan than WTF that you are thinking of.
