The only help modern bodybuilders need today is what to inject, how much, and when and for how long...weight training is not science. Even retards can do it. Pick up a dumbbell and curl it, your biceps will get sore, lay down on the bench and press the bar and your pecs will get sore...how hard can it be. I hate all the bullshit these people are trying to convice other people with.
