hey everyone
I was wondering if any of you guys use the high press for the hamstring on the leg press??

to get great hamstrings, do you have to do the lying leg curl?? I really hate the exerise now, bc of my gym's lying leg curl machine really sucks.

consider yourself lucky, i don't even have a lying leg curl machine in my gym.  It really sucks, i mean i love SLDLs and all, but i feel like my hammie development is suffering just a bit. 

And, to thwart this argument before it gets started, i've tried the DB leg curl, they're freakin impossible.

have someone hold the back of your knees down to a high flat bench and lower your upper body up and down using your hams and glutes you'll get some big ass hams that way and go deep on your squats and leg presses.

lying leg curls are one of the best behing sldl. i've heard that reverse hyper are go to. i should try it but i can never find room in my hamis routine routine for them.

how does reverse hyper rank in your hames workout?

Ya gotta use really light weight.  Yeah.  It's freakin hard.

This is a great piece of equipment.  Most people use it for abs tho   UndecidedRoll Eyes
