Up in Tipperary town, rough place, like goin back in time 30yrs, was in a place called the Marian hall. I was fighting last so the adrenaline and nerves wer crazy and I kinda knew I'd end up soon something mental haha. First round great, landed lovely one two combos, all goin to plan, disnt get hit at all. Second round my shoe comes off halfway thru it and as I'm getting it tied back on by my corner the guy hits me four times, ref does nothin. After end of round two after the bell like I get another two punches and the ref, a tipp fella does nothin so I take off the gloves and fuck them at him like a big child haha. Wouldn't mind but it was d easiest boxin match iv ever had

July 4th 2003 at a house party down in Fort Lauderdale, I was 20.  One little comment started it and it got way out of hand.  The party was at a nice house in a nice neighborhood down here.  It was a mix of people from about 3 different high schools but everyone knew each other.  Mostly people that were back home from college on summer break.  Me and about 8 people from my high school were hanging in the kitchen, drinking and talking.  A girl walks in, in a tennis skirt and this is what happened.

Friend #1: (saying to the group)  Tennis anyone?

Girl: (flipping out)  Who the fuck said that!?  Who the fuck said that!? a bunch of other yelling
       I'm gonna take all my friends and get out of here!!

Friend # 2: (sarcasticlly)  Both of them?

Everyone starts laughing and she continues to flip out until her skinny/fat bf comes over and tries defend her honor.  At that time a buddy of mine who was 6'2 prob 240 and juiced, walks out and starts barking down her bf.  Spills over outta the house into the street and everyone ends up going their seperate ways.  We go down the street to the "tennis anyone" guys house and about 5 of us are hanging out there.  The big juicehead gets a call from the kid he was arguing with him to meet him outside, when he does, he gets jumped by 5 guys.  We were all 20 at the time and these guys were in there late 20's early 30's.  Friends of the skinny fat kids older sister.

I didn't know anything was going on until I saw a truck of my friends that were heading over get caught in the cross fire.  The trucks passenger door is open as they try to escape in reverse out of the situation.  The older guys are banging at the truck and throwing shit at it.  The kid in the truck ends up reversing into the parked car of the girl in the tennis skirt, smashing the shit out of it.  I hear her yell "you're gonna fucking pay for that!"

Anyways when I see this, I make I sprint to the middle of it.  My adreniline was going and I wasn't really thinking.  As i'm running, a friend of the skinny fat bf, tries to grab me and says "don't hit Brian!"  He was like 5'7 140 lbs and i throw him off me like he's nothing.  I get to the fight and I see a kid that was in the truck, getting pounding by 3 kids against that truck.  It infuriates me to see 2 or 3 guys ganging up on one person.  With a running start, I blindside/sucker punch one of the kids, knocking him to the ground.  As I did that, one of the other guys teaming up on the kid, focuses on me and starts throwing a barrage of punches.  He's like 5'7 190, pretty jacked but short.  He doesn't connect on any.  I throw a left and grazes his face and then a right that hits him near the temple.  He's stunned which gives me time to get the fuck out of there.  My big buddy was getting held down by a huge black dude as he was just pounding his face in.  I was way out matched and had to chance against a bunch of older big dudes.  I made my way back to the house to find the rest of my friends cowering like pussies in the house.  I ended up braking my right hand.

threw out some guys who were giving trouble..
later that night when we went home, they were there in the street waiting for us.
i was in the car , seatbelt on , and i rolled down the window.. i just knew one of these pussies was going to hit me. and yes he did, but i saw it coming... he did not connect. i got out of the car, one of these guys jumped in front of me, and i knocked him right down.. one punch, broke his nose and tooth. the other 2 lost courage to fight, pussies!
and yesterday i beat some pervert that showed his genitals to my little daughter..... fucking gluesniffer!
kicked him though, no punches, but also broke his tooth...
anyway i am not finished with this guy, i will make an example of him.... really he is gonne remember me for the rest of his life.
fucking pervert, a lot of kids here in the street, if he did this to my kid, he will do it to others aswell...
hel'l never walk again, i am gonna break both his legs, mess with my kid and i turn into a psycho...
he still hasn't showed his face again, but i know where he lives , and i am patient....

you never know the person you fight, he could be armed or whatever.
it's just when i guy hits me , i hit back! very simple.....
and when someone messes with my princess, i go psycho.... really!

it's scary fighting when you're a grownup.  and alcohol is involved.

sometimes, i play in bands, surrounded by crowds of drunk college kids.  1 bouncer for the entire bar, and he's usually at the door checking IDs.  it's kinda up to the band to prevent people from coming onstage, grabbing mics, pushing and getting obnoxious.  and that's scary.  People bump mic/chip teeth.  People do stupid things and think they're hardasses.  I'm always checking people with the bass or staring people down, or sometimes just shoving them and smiling like "hey, we're having a good time, but shit ain't like that..."

I don't enjoy it at all.  alcohol + young idiots + unmonitored events = a very bad thing.  I don't think it would be a fistfight if/when shit goes down.  It'll be me trying to get UNDER him and piledriving him to the concrete under me, hoping that knocks him out.  I'm too old for trading haymakers.
