clear improvements. this is how clear: before reading your post, i saw the pictures and thought "1st pic is always the before pic and then 2nd pic is usually the after, but why does he look BIGGER in the 1st pic?" and then read how it was the other way around.
obvious "surface muscle" added too. you LOOK wider, but obviously clavicles are the same in both pictures but alot more surface to chest area and very obviously the delts.
arms too if you compare buldges of biceps and triceps in the same pose.
