Big as a house with a much better back and legs than Kevin, but definitely bloated.  If Kevin had the legs he had in the early to mid-nineties, he ... LOL.  Scratch that.  He'd still lose.  His best shot was in '02, by which time his legs and back were even weaker.

Yep.  They were WAY down from his best.  In 1992, even when he overdieted for the Olympia and was flat as a pancake in the torso/back, his quads and hamstrings were SICK.  I recall he sustained some kind of injury in the late nineties that made him back off of heavy leg training.  If true, it's too bad for him ... I don't think he could've won the '00 Olympia, but a prime Levrone versus a stringy Ronnie in '02 would have seen our favorite vodka-swilling friend finally win the Olympia

Unbelievable arms, but they have a weird look to them...he's a very impressive builder, but even at his very high level his body seems to lack thickness or the 3-D effect. Almost not coherent. Not sure if he has injected stuff into his arms, in his "clean" pic they appear to have the same shape.

Hell, no.  2011 Heath beats him 10 times in 10.

But Heath versus Kevin at his best ... hmm.  Heath has better separation and conditioning, but Kevin was known to come in pretty fucking big from time to time, with lat width and quad sweep good old Phillip could only dream of.  And there's always that footage of Levrone before the '97 Olympia, where he looked like an anatomy chart but was huge at the same time.

I think Heath would take Kevin a majority of the time, but at Levrone's best, only Yates, Coleman and maybe Haney at THEIR very bests were superior.  Even that is arguable.

2009 Jay would win over any version of KLo. I personally think Phil would beat Kevin too, if we're talking about their best shape. Phil's BDB and RLS are much better than Kevin's.
