2 maybe 3 upright rows once every 4 months is highly anabolic. Stack these rows with a shot glass of water to double your gains.

When I occasionally do upright rows I use a rope and it takes most of the stress off your shoulder joint, I just started doing face pulls with a rope again if you put the attachment about chest high and take a few steps back it seems to hit everything a upright row hits plus much safer on the shoulders.
