Both, muscle memory is a wonderful thing you can build it back very quickly. I'm talking weeks, not a year. Look at Levrone. Yes you might not be 100% like Levrone was in the later years but he and Roland are close.
Levrone would win the Mister Muscle Memory, amazing..... 8)
