Undertaker is like 6'10" and 300 lbs maybe more, he was never ripped or anything but not a fat guy either.  His max bench has to be way over 395.

Maybe years upon years ago.  I see this guy multiple times a week in the gym and he can barely walk around.  When i see him benching its very light weight in a squat rack.  Never seen him do anything close to 315+ always very light weight.

Being that tall has to kill all joints though, so maybe when he was younger.

No doubt, good point about about the joints , that kind of height impedes coordination im sure so heavy lifting for guys like that would be a big chore for someone that has trouble fitting in a full size truck lol

The problem is that there's hardly ever any proof to back up these claims. There's so much bullshit in pro wrestling it's not surprising people take those claims with a grain of salt.

I agree that a lot of times people don't realize how big and tall some of these guys are, but I'm not sure how strong they are. That's really hard to tell. Since they're on the road 200+ days a year and have to deal with injuries all the time I think it's safe to say they're probably not as strong as they look.

arnold said he seen it its been metioned buy others from the gold gym era superstar was one of arnolds training partners. and from what I understand considered the stongest of the strong as far as bodybuilding movements in that time he was in the world strongest man contest. Superstar got his steroid advice from arnold and he admits to having took 150mg of dianabol for yrs straight along with blasting what ever injectables he could get his hands on in massive dosage. SO you have to figure arnold did the same.

how is Scott Steiner, Tony Atlas, Dino Bravo, Road Warriors or Scott Norton on that list? all of those guys had legitimate over 500 pound benches that have been documented.

Those are no doubt the strongest guys out there, but seems they only listed the most popular wrestlers in that vid and made complete BS claims.

I believe Superstars claim simply because he was monstrous, made Arnold look like a little man lol. Guy had to be strong. Scott Norton had a legit 600lb+ bench press, onlyme(?) I think mentioned that he spotted Road Warrior Animal close grip 495 for 10 back in the day, and Scott Steiner used do reps with way over 500lbs.

I would say those guys are some of the strongest in wrestling. (not counting strongmen that did wrestling occasionally) Lesnar is a weak bencher for his size, but I'd bet he could put a small car on his back and throw it across a parking lot.

a guy at my old gym said he witnessed Tony Atlas bench 585 in the early 1980's when he was in town for a match, said him and Big John Studd came to the gym in a taxi cab and when they both got out the axle on the car rose about a foot and a half, said Atlas played with 405 and 495 like they were toys.
