looking very good but you can tell you're not responding to the supplements as well as 3 years ago.

compare to 3 years ago,my body-weight from 87kg to 85 kg.
i lost 2-3 kg of muscle,because of aged :-\

thats cool man, if those are the stats then so be it. just saying it looks like a lot more deterioration in the 2 pics from 3 years ago.

Surface muscle across the delt/chest area, gone. leg size! woah what a difference.

looks more than 3kgs.

but you're fighting age well anyway.

And since I broke my right leg(quads & tendon) 2 years ago, now I can’t do heavy barbell squats as past.
Only doing 60 kgs smith-machine squats.
But I don’t give up! Keep training almost every day!
