i looked at video again, first time i saw it it looked like it was moving around in the air too quickly, but now i look at it and it seems fine to me

That's impressive- 315 is very heavy on the military

However, I've always felt that dumbbells are the way to go for military presses- seems like a more natural movement

goes to show you how much you lift doesnt mean shit, its how you lift it and what you put in your mouth. Impressive strength, but not so impressive physique.

The bar bends on 315 if it is supported on narrow racks, of it is being bounced like a squat or the top of a deadlift.

It does not bend on a press at that weight in my experience and if it does is very very slight

Former pro bodybuilder from Finland, Jari Leino was able to do six reps of seated press behind the neck with 200kg. When they ask him how the hell you can do six reps with 200, he answer:"Well, it is easy, first I do 12 reps with 180 for warm up..."
