I'm actually trying to get in to my summer shape... need to stop this mad running I've been doing and start doing medium cardio, and 3 meals during the day before my training...

but this dutch slcadwef guy takes 1000mg trenbolona ace everyday, thats a bit too much

Lol @ "I only take little steroids", little steroids is enough to get an edge to avoid overtraining/undertraining and unneccssary fevers etc.

Just give me the motivation to take my head out of my ass so I can have that beast mode in the gym again... because right now I'm cronicly depressed so it's hard to give it my all in the gym allthough I do TRY.

If this continues, soon I'm just gonna be a skinny white boy with good abs and ass but zero anything else

all I need is the strive to have my spirit with me in the gym.

i would drive 40km with a bike to another gym just to train if my gym was closed when I'm "motivated", but I have zero sex life I just jerk off, I don't know what enjoyable life means, car is a glamoure, listening music loud, acting famous while doing it... car is easy
