A reminder to all US fans. WSM 2011 will air in full on ESPN2 14th January between 6pm and 12am.

We had it the other week here in the uK,can you watch it online on channel 5 player,all the heats and the final are here.

Perhaps some of these 280lb bodybuilders need to train with Terry,he can then show them how he does pull ups with his 400lb bodyweight.Isn`t that the usual excuse trotted out,"that guys too big and heavy to do pull ups,he`s 280lbs,that why he has to do pulldowns".

guys who never put themselves into strongman lifts/training ... will never understand what it's about

the haters always see it in a bad light but there's no disputing the strength these men have is absolutely amazing .... way back in the day when lifts were part of BBing made it less of a beauty pageant
