Steven looks like total gross ass in that beach pic. Of course, an unflattering photo of anyone can look horrid. Lighting can do wonders ... on the plus side OR the subtraction side.

Then again, Tyler's led quite the life. All the drugs and late nights have taken their toll.

I'm not seeing facial cosmetic surgery on him. I think he just is what he is. He has always had those big floppy lips. My guess is his ego is big enough to overcome any physical imperfections. I'm just grateful that I didn't develop "man boobs" because they look like shit on a guy. Presently, I am in the process of slimming down. -Rather be lean than girly looking.

Clearly offseason.

This guy should be dead considering the mountains of dope, drink, song and women he has been through. Yeah, Aerosmith has written the same ballad for the last 20 years but I'm not going to say shit about how he looks. The 70s stuff is killer.

Pretty sure he's cured of the hep C .. but the toll of the chemo he went through for nearly a year to kill it and his various drug addictions he had during many years clearly show today .. he's a pretty cool dude .. a deep thinker too .. he has been writing music and hit songs since he 17 yrs old .. he's got immense talent .. his father was a classical pianist

the list of rock stars lasting that amount of time is short

he admits his faults and mistakes and says he would've made different choices sometimes .. but all in all he's had a great career
