Hi GH15, I'm a poor bodybuilder from europe (portugal  ) , I've been following your advice for awhile phase 1 and phase 2, but I don't have the money and a source that I trust 100% to buy the ingriends for phase 3


my objective is to reach my natural maximum and stay there, and if I get some money maybe buy some trenbolona, masteron, e hormona crescimento and do a show.. I went to my source and bought 50 dbol 10mg for 20 euros and 25 anadrol 50mg for 30 euros all from sthenia pharma (?) . I also got some nolvadex

so I ask for your help god of hormones, is this enough for my goal ? how should i take this ? I got more 60 euros left for buy a lil something what you think I should add ? whatever you say I will do it


cycle history : 500mg testoviron for 8 weeks, I get zero bloat, some strength but nothing special, I gain really few muscle only thickness

i was unhappy with that cycle, and in last summer a friend of mine sold me 60 winny tabs of 10 mg from sciroxx and I got really lean  and gain more strength than with testoviron but my muscles weren't full and I fuck my joints

Since I'm a fan, I just wanted to drop you a note:

In your video "propper" should be spelled "proper"

Also, the baseball/josh hamilton/GV piece at the beginning of the video isn't consistent with the rest of it.  The point of the baseball piece is the hypocrisy of the American public, while the remaining 95% is all about the lies of the bodybuilding industry duping the public.  It doesn't flow.  Personally, I would cut that.

Just my advices.  Keep up the good work!
