i going to assume the comment is regarding the BB lifestyle and not just general daily life for the sake of your credibility

right. however this information is beneficial to the health minded individual (bodybuilder or not).

I get all my berries for free from grandfather farm in georgia for free once a month..sweet potatoes,blueberries,blackberries,pecans, grapes,etc ... cranberries are healer of choice for oral abusers.

 for trenbolone users I reccomend different protocol berries not as necessary,  but banana a must! they are superior for kidney health, there is reason gh15 still happy and dandy

Nasser also would eat bananas often.

never eat any fruit much,, mango on sushi,, bananas and pine apples,, fruites i eat some as i say here but vegtables just take place in stomack ,, no need for them what so ever,,useless
you can eat some for fun ,, brokly and stuff it taste good if you eat in restaurant or when food is yum yum ,, but in general veggies are not needed

Growing up at my parents house we had huge black berry bushes with the massive thorns (I got one stuck in the top of my head) rasberries, mallberries, we even had a little fig tree, cherry tree, peach trees, and a huge strawberry patch along with tons of hot peppers, corn, squash, anything you could think of. I felt healthy eating that stuff all the time. living on my own I don't get enough of it anymore. My dad would have a cup of berries for me in the morning when I would wake up what a great man.

both. If anyone is dumb enough to think eating a couple berries everyday will make a big difference from a bodybuilding perpective short term than god help them ....but  you can put yourself in a position to be a bodybuilder for longer. Reading about this kind of stuff is a hobby of mine, and I enjoy talking about it when I come across something interesting.

next week's topic will be even better, we will be discussing the only anabolic steroid that has been prooven to slow the aging process and actually make you look younger. But which compound is it ;)

  Any takers?

Maybe not for hormonized people, but broccoli is probably the most important veggie out there, and is extremely healthy for you. I eat it everyday, on a diet or not. Salad is also epic. Speads up metabolism. :)

didnt you say you eat entire pine apples because they protect the liver
