im mentally drained so ill answer this seriously. No, part of the issue with hangover is dehydration, brain swelling and electrolyte imbalance. Another part is acetylaldehyde accumulation which wont be cured with hydration.

i would say taurine, hydration and perhaps things that reduce bioaccumulation of ACH
