Cool charts.   No surprise though.  Te msm is 24 7 365 in favor of Obama.

Id say so, after watching part of the debate yesterday, I commented to my wife, that if people didnt see the constant attacks on politicians character, and only voted based on what they saw in debates, Ron Paul would be slaughtering EVERYONE.

However, since the majority of people base their votes on kneejerk reactions to what they see on TV, he's far in the back.

So yes, I would say so.

RP was totally ignored at the morning debates. The guy is running second in NH and he got to answer 3 questions and still got cut off. Fucking bullshit.  Its clear the networks turn the debates into a scripted event by asking one candidate more questions then the others at particular times to make the race closer then it should be. Like shockwave said, on the actual issues RP is way ahead of the game but the moderators turn the whole process on its ear. Whats promising is the younger generation sees whats happening plain as day while the old, senile idiots will see this as meaning RP is irrelevant. NBC sucks ass.

That is the goal.  The MSM is just doing intel gathering for Obama.

they love mittens too.

they fear ron paul like crazy, this is obvious now.

nobody denies there is a bias - the repub lapogs can only defend it now by saying it's justified because he's crazy.

This.
Ive noticed they either go with the "If we pretend like he doesnt exist, maybe he'll go away" strategy (See leaving him out of headlines, interviews like the MSNBC one where the man talked about Newt's lack of service, and how no one had military service besides Perry, totally ignoring that is was Paul who called Newt out on his hypocrisy)

Their other tactic is to use the talk show hosts to simply shout at the top of their lungs how bad he is (see Rush, Levin, etc)

I simply cant wrap my head around the fact that the media has become so fucked up that they can get away with simply decided to act like someone doesnt exist, isnt even running, especially when hes running in the number 2 spot!

The old days of the news having journalistic integrity is clearly over, at some point we as the public allowed to transform from reporting the news without their personal opinions, to using the outlets as a way to push their opinions on the public.

Im sure there are people rolling over in their grave at what the media in this country has become. They went from being a check and balance for the government to being their personal propoganda machine.

Dont like a candidate? Doest agree with the party? Dont worry, your friendly neighborhood media outlet will decide for you what information you need and who is going to get the coverage, even if theyre in second place.

Disgraceful. Lol.

and if the american public will let the media do the thinking for them -

then they deserve every single minute of dollar collapse, gun ban, you name it.  they deserve it.

Because enough GOP voters have been exposed to paul's message and they like mitt because 'he's electable!'

if yall choose someone else, you deserve this place to turn into a poorer nation with devalued currency - cause any candidate except rpaul is very much going to keep us on that track.

Yeah I feel the same way, but dammit I dont want to sit by and watch the country go under because others were too stupid to vote based on the issues and not on who is presented to be the most likeable.

Hell, Paul was the only damn one that actually answered the questions with any sort of actual substance and explanation, all Mittens did was spit a bunch of rhetoric and empty words but was said in a way that sounded good. And the outlets are calling him the winner. WTF? He didnt even answer one question! The guy asked him 3 times, and he never gave an answer.

Ill say again - disgraceful. And the debate itself was fucked - Paul got interuppted over and over, cut off, others got to talk way longer than they should have, got away with stealing the floor from each other, and some of the questions were flat out retarded.

The funny part is like I said - the one man that actually laid out real answers to issues, who's primary focus is our restoring our liberties, surviving the econ correction and returning us to economic prosperity; is treated by the MSM like he doesnt even exist. How can we as a country expect to return to our former status if we cant even get the damn people whos job is to present us (and ONLY present us) with the information to drop their bias and allow the people to sort the bullshitters from the guys that can actually get shit done?

the govt is representative of the people.  There are a LOT of people on the far right and left who vote for the people their tv tells them to like.

If you are on getbig, you're probably of decent income and education  -  you are into bodybuilding, so you have already met your basic needs.  You're not getting stoned, you're not in jail, you're not selling drugs, you are reading and writing, and youre spending your free time debating politics.  You have a brain if you're here.  Even if you are politically misguided, you have a brain - and you'll note most people here do support ron paul - those who don't seem to have issue with the foreign policy thing and military spending.

SO yeah, it seems like smart people like Ron Paul.  Stupid people will probably vote obama automatically, or whatever repub (santorum or mitt) the tv tells them.  After all, if they are doing what the smart people on tv tell them, then their friends will think they're smart too.
