Not to derail your thread, I enjoyed the book but the more I think about it I can't believe there's anything good about blowing up buildings like that for selfish purposes. Do you subscribe to the Objectivism philosophy?

If she treats you well, is considerate, has an acceptable number of meltdowns per year and you two have a decent sex life, then work on your relationship. However, if she's a normal woman, dump that whore.

Yes, I do. I think Roark was justified in his action, since the contract he agreed to was violated... But yeah, I see what you mean. At least it made for an interesting literary device.
