Do what a lot of the big guys do: drink gallons of whole milk, plenty of peanut butter and don't be a stranger to the golden arches.

Huge in a few months. You'll be buying xxl in no time and waddling around the gym looking like an Orc Gatekeeper!

Seriously,

What you got do is head down to the GNC in the shady part of town, make sure that you have a old Flex magazine in your right back pocket, never the left(that means something else). Next go to the MuscleTech counter and hang out.

Now this is the important part, the manager will walk over and ask you if you need help, when he does, shake his hand. When you're shaking it, tickle his palm with your pinky, look him in the eye, and say "so where do you keep the good stuff, stud?".

You might need to try this a few times, but you'll get lucky soon enough........
