have you ever broke a bone in your body?

well I got bone fractures to both of my knees and broke both of my toes last summer after getting hit by a car and couldn't train my lower body for 3 months.

My knees are still not the same I don't have the courage to do explosive deep squats like olympic weightlifters, but I can go deep. I get this low pain pinching feeling in my left knees right side at times but not while training... nothing big but it reminds me what's up.

Did that hurt more then having your heart broken from being shot down because you coudn't dance

was walking along the river when my tibia and fibula broke seperating the meaty part beween them i fell because of it and when i looked down it was all twisted up like the join in sausages,didnt hurt tho but the surgeries did ,then after 8 months i was hobleing again when BOOM bone infection screws removed and bone broken again scraped then skin graft got addicted to ocycontin,,,,,,,,but that was two years ago and yesterday in my second leg day i squated 3 plates a side for twelve so stoked

Yep the same ankle twice hurts like a bitch at first and walking on crutches suck.

how did you completely break your ankle? I rolled my ankle completely sideways, didn't break though, however it took 6 months to get the stability and trust back 100%.

Also broke an ankle as a kid.  Rolled ankle to the ground, which snapped tendon/ligaments, thereby pulling bits of bone off as well.  

By far my arm hurt much worse, and the surgical repair and healing still sucks.

Ulna and radius. Remember looking down and seeing my hand by my elbow. By then shock had set in and I felt little. Didn't really register 'til they were putting the cast on.

Broke my left femur (got it by a motorcycle when i was a kid) didn't feel anything until they put me in the ambulance, fuck that hurt!
Broke some toes playing "soccer" like you call it and some fingers rockclimbing. Fingers doesn't hurt but it's annoying, toes hurt like a mofo.

Yes - I was wearing socks and was afraid to remove the sock because I feared the toe would be total flesh confetti.
If this happened with a 10 or 20 kg plate I'm sure it would be gone or seriously deformed.

something i've never done, despite having a very rough and tumble childhood.

i break em all the time first was my tibia and fibia in high school football. i was so dumb and naive i thought i could still run on it and couldn't understand when i fell to the ground in a lot of pain. the doctor said your bones are sticking out of your leg, i told the coach that i'd try to make it back for the second half. well 9 monthes later i was still in a cast, i asked the doc wtf doc i thought i'd be walking in a couple of days then he told me that guys who break their leg like you still are in a cast after 13 years. first and worst of many.noses shoulders hips feet toes fingers.
