WES.. i cant remember the jist of it.. but a writer asked him about the whole high volume workout thing.. he laughed and stated that when he gave them his usual workout that they did not want to publish it.. too typical.. so he came back with another outrageous workout and got the publicity he wanted.. but he was your typical 12-15 sets a bodypart guy.. years later i asked my buddy rafe about him since rafe lived in the uk and canada and had seen fuller workout a few times.. he stated the same thing..
