try bodyweight squats in a fast pace for 100+ reps.

gets me winded  ;D

takes only years and years of practise to actually master that level of skipping to actually use it as training without fucking it up every 2 minutes, no thanks.

The guy in that video knows a lot about exercise for boxing, wrestling and mma.  His books are really worth the money.
