But, Bradshaw (after looking at it again) should have hit a knee at the 1-yard line and let the Giants milk that clock, until there was almost no time left. Then, you either punch it in the endzone or kick a chip-shot field goal.

It all came down to that pass rush again too though. When Brady had time, he scored points. They started really getting to him in the 4th. Doesn't help that Welker drops that pass that might have ended the game. |

as great as tom brady and bill are, they over achieved with that roster, i believe 20+ players on that team are 4th round picks or lower. Had no talent in the secondary so they couldn't blitz and still the secondary couldn't cover receivers, and their fat front line didnt do much against the run or pressure manning. and granted giants defense wasn't all that great (29th in the nfl) the pats couldn't really expect to do much with One TE and a hurt TE and one small WR and RB. .. Giants won twice, Billachicks defense failed him twice in the superbowl |
