How about the lack of detail that was once there? This pic his deltoids are separated , all heads are clearly defined and they show striations , 98 they look like giant bowling balls and just as smooth as one

I actually said that his best is either this contest or the 01 Arnold , ironically he weighed exactly the same for both contests , Ronnie always looked his best lighter

A vast majority of experts feel 01 is his best ever and he doesn't have any gyno , Ronnie has said multiple times this is his best Olympia and it's easy to see why.

No he doesn't he's much harder and drier in 98/01 than 99 by far

You may prefer the way Ronnie looks in 99 but in terms of his best appearance this trumps 99 easily

Sorry Nasser fans but Nasser's long torso and short legs
are a bad structural flaw that throws off some of the greatness
of his physique.

Little off topic but most of the greats had semi short torsos
with longer legs..
Arnold, Haney, Bannout, Yates, Coleman.
It is one structural quality that helps make an elite bodybuilder.
Most long torsos have great abs but usually suffer somewhere
in the back department.

These pics also show how ridiculously small nasser's waist was, even from the front angle, despite carrying more muscle than everyone else.  And yes he is beating Flex Wheeler on the rear lat spread despite accusations that he has "no back."

Flex has always lacked back width, due to being narrow and due to lack of lat width. But, it was his detail that set him apart.

Yes Flex has greater detail in the  RDB pose but not hte RLS.  Nasser RLS > Flex's anyday!  And that's his "weak bodypart!"

99 O was the better Ronnie. He was not so full in 98, esp his legs suffer from this. In 99 his legs are like double the size like someone already pointed out. Still think that the best Ronnie/best bb of all time was in 2003...fjuck that was an insane year! Double the size from all other competitors...even Dorian said Ronnie owned his alltime best that year. Was´nt he close to 300 pounds in 03? BTW look at Ruhl just standing back there in 99...insane...thats some shoulder width

Great work as usual Iceman, one of the few series of Screen caps of Coleman where he didnt look as good as the ACTUAL pictures and more to the point how he looked on DVD....when i first saw the 1998 O on VHS i couldn't believe how unbelievable Coleman looked that back was shocking same when i saw Yates on the 1993 Tape and its just my View to this day he NEVER reached that Combination of Shape, Condition, the WHOLE deal with NO GUT, and his Quad size hadn't (@ that point) over-powered his calves which were never in Proportion anyway IMO and from 99 onwards this became more and more so, GYNO withstanding he was @ his Absolute best that Day with the Possible exception of the 2001 A/C, this is ONLY version IMO that could of very Possibly Defeated Yates @ his best.
