Have you seen Che?  The guy is a professional boxer man.  I think it's safe to say that Bloody Loco would have recognized a true killer.  I also doubt che would have been wearing a light-blue sweater and carrying around Martha Stewart's latest weaving book.

i said that knewing che would probably have an easy time knocking that dude out.  the question still remains however. you could let the guy go on talking , feeling bad for him that he feels he needs to assert himself in such a way and in public no less... or you can react and end up having to get physical, potentially really hurting the guy.

The problem with Mr. Bloody Loco is that somene like Che would get the best of him, and then would have to deal with a knife to the neck, or worse, a gun.

Best to leave idiots like this alone.

It would feel downright delicious to make Mr. Bloody Loco just "Mr. Bloody Douchebag".
