Anyone try the new Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler?
« on: March 01, 2012, 03:43:26 PM »
Anyone try this and is it any good for trimming up a goatee or is it a flimsy piece of crap?  Any getbiggers get it?

I was never a big believer in the ProGlide razor. Thought the cartridges were way high. I decided to give them a try. Wow, great shave. If you clean it out and dry it well every time, a damn cartridge can last almost a month. I wouldn't think they would turn out too shitty of a product in that line.

hey then you can't say it is!  Any actual users of this thing?  It looks cool, but is expensive, want to know before I jump ship and purchase one of these.

what is sensor excel 2 blade?  Is it from the 60's or 70's?  Mach3 is where it all started.

I use the peanut to trim my beard and body hair.
The mangroomer for my back.
And the gillete sensor for my head and mustache and to edge after beard trimmer.

the 90s. it was the blade just prior to the mach3. just as good too in all honesty. everything since is just a marketing gimmick  ::)

hmm, I never see them at walmart, maybe they don't sell them anymore.  I only see fusion pro glide now, it must be the best since that is all they sell or the consumer wants.

I was just being silly, but where do you get them seriously?  I have never seen these at walmart before, and that is where I shop pretty much.

my mums husband used to use the really cheap bic disposable single blade razors. and amazingly, get a perfect shave with them. i tried one once and it was absolute agony. like dragging broken glass over my delicate skin . terrible blades.
