Knew what movements i responded to best and I could diet down to single digits from being 30 lbs bulked up in 3 months. Yes back then I thought you had to put on 30-40 lbs in the winter to gain size. Get in your best shape ever without drugs and t3,clen. ECA is fine. I looked better than most juice heads my age natural and it just made the gap wider when I went on. DF has already juiced so I doubt he will listen to any of this, just kids looking for shortcuts. Swalbar is another one. 18 I think and on 1500 mgs and growth to hit 200lbs. Never taken over a gram in my life. Prob just take my superior genetics for granted.
dickfresh? good one bro. anyway yea im just looking for more and more advice, taking in as much as i can.....whats wrong with that? i trained for 5 years before doing anything hormonal, sure i coulda trained 10, but its not like i hopped right on juice. a 6 week cycle of a mild prohormone, 50mcg of t3, and now 500mg test.......whats so bad about that?
and training/diet dont matter? never said that, just from what i understand they are not as "critical" as they seem when you first start lifting. i probably know the least about aas on this board, which is why i ask...to learn, thats it!
