I'm 24, will be 25 in a couple of weeks. Out of workin out now for over a year, got married and switched jobs and became lazy, I'll admit it. My question is when should you take a hormone pill? Reason I ask is my old trainer was suggesting I take them due to the fact that I don't really have alot of facial or chest hair. Not really a hairy person and have a little excess fat on the pecs, not to bad but he seemed to think that maybe I need to supplement a hormone to peak more? He told me that different men have different levels of estrogen and that maybe my lack of facial hair, etc...could be an indication of lack of tons of testosterone and suggested that I experiment some. I'm just curious, I'm goin to get back into things once huntin season slows down.
