Sergio was awesome.....but Dex would bury Sergio on stage.

Sergio isn't even close to being in the same condition as Dex.

That being said....the pic of Sergio from 72 in Essen.....ultra impressive shot!

Sergio was a beast. That victory pose looks so impressive to me. The guy also had some of the best chest and arms of all time.

Crazy to compare Sergio's era with Dexters for all the obvious reasons, for raw, straight out Genetics its fair to say Sergio Probally had the edge, in terms of actual Conditioning Sergio's best surprisingly was actually from the year 1980-81, not his best shape but Best Conditioning see pic below, time wrap Dex back to the 60s and 70s he Would NOT HAVE the sort of Conditioning we saw from him just a few years back in his Prime, that much you could take to the bank.

Yip it is, the unbelievable thing is he was just 230-235lbs in the picture....Fair to project Sergio weighing @ Least 20-25lbs more of Quality muscle than that 230lb odd mark with the Advancements in Drugs Nowadays....However that waist line would More than likely "Grow" as well

Sergio's structure could easily hold 270 and still look statue like with his crazy width and at 5'10!

Sergio had ultra massive arms, no Peaked biceps or shaped biceps etc like arnold however for Raw Mass they were absolutley HUGE and remember this picture was taken in 1971........... 41 YEARS AGO.
