Someone forgot to tel him shoulders respond best to higher reps, not 5-6 reps. I liked the 225 shoulder press on the smith machine that had 180lbs on it.

Um, no. I actually like his training and thinks he trains pretty damn hard. Probably more dedicated than 99% of the people in the gym.

Plus, everyone on here knows who he is, so posting it as a joke is pointless, since anyone can easily youtube his videos.
