Ok here's some constructive criticisim:

Weigh yourself. Estimate how many pounds of bodyfat you are carrying. Subtract that from your overall weight.

Subtract 500-600 calories off your daily calories requirement. Change your daily diet from kebabs and donuts to the following:

No sugars/treats/crap food
1 gram of protein per pound of lean bodyweight.
0.5 grams of fat per pound of lean bodyweight
100g of carbs.

Continue to take your gear, but add 45 mins of fasted cardio in the morning, and 25mg eph/200mg caffiene & 2 glasses of strong grapefruit juice before this.

take the eph/caffiene/grapefruit juice once more after lunch.

Lift weights the same as you are currently doing.

Repeat this daily procedure for about 12 weeks. Post the results on getbig and I will give you the time of day.
This is what I'm doing at the moment. Haven't started cardio though and I don't have access to ephedrine.
My plan was to get me some clen next month and work from there.
So I am dieting ATM for 2 weeks so far and I've lost a bit of fat already. Think I should start the cardio next week.
Thanks for the advice and I know you're not being an asshole just to be one, but really just to try to help me out..

Do you really believe you are going to change much in 4-6 weeks?

I'm being serious. Some of you guys are really starting to question my own sanity with threads like this.

Yes, I know I can be somewhat leaner, maybe under 10% or just above in about 6 weeks time if I work hard at it, which I know I will.

if gear are not fake then learn to train eat etc before juicing.

Seriously dude, realistic expectations... you're not going to be under 10% in about six weeks. You're easily 20% bodyfat in that pic. At 250lbs, that means you're carrying 50lbs of bodyfat. Which means you'd have to lose about 4lbs a week of pure bodyfat in order to get down to 10% bodyfat in six weeks. When you realistically include glycogen depletion and all of the other good stuff that'll happen when dieting, you'll have to lose more than 4lbs per week in order to meet your goal.

I'm not sure what everyone's experiences here are, but 4lbs a week of pure bodyfat to lose seems like a tall order to me. Set your expectations lower, start cutting now, and do it till you really are under 10% bodyfat. Then you can start bulking again.

Bro, I have to give you props for posting a pic. But Howard is right, set realistic goals. This is not a race, and to be honest with you, no matter what you do you will not get under 10% in that amount of time. Set your goal low and feel good when you exceed it.

One last thing, is there anyway I can run your nipples between my thumb and index finger? no homo intended.

Meal # 1:
8 eggwhites,1 whole egg (scrambled in non-fat cooking spray)
1/2 cup oats ( no milk,use artificial sweetener)
12 oz. water

Meal # 2 :
1 can water packed tuna (plain)
lg. green salad (with fat-free dressing......... should only contain 3 gms. of sugar or less)
12 oz. water

Meal # 3 :
5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 baked potato (use "I Can`t Believe It`s Not Butter" spray)
1-2 cups green beans
12 oz. water

Meal # 4 :
5 oz. chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup green veggies
water

Meal # 5 :(Pre-Workout)
1 scoop whey in H2O
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats

Meal # 6 :(Post-Workout)

1 scoop whey in H2O
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats

Meals 5 + 6 should be placed pre and post workout respectively

Do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week after training and on off days (use an inclined treadmill.............si mply walk at a good pace varying the speed and the level of incline throughout)

TREN..... 100 mg eod and if you cn handle more take more... like 150 mg eod... and maybe 100 mg ed...
low dose test! test P, start at 50 mg eod ... go from there....
if ya have money hgh.....

but really if no money just go for more tren!!

but you WILL get lean.....
when at 10% get back to us here at getbig lol.... i still think you are trolling....

you do not have to be stage lean... but normal people lean.... 10% is very lean for average human beings....
