lol exactly. And I've never told a lie on this board either. The inefficiency of lying is not worth exhausting myself over. I'd rather fess up and take a hit if someone owns me or I back myself into an uncomfortable situation. And I'm one of the rare people who still values integrity and morals so I wouldn't even lie to the biggest phaggots on the board.

Used to play the bulking and cutting game until I realized I have no desire to pay 10 times more on drugs than I do now, just to get on stage in a thong to try impressing a panel of schmoes and solidifying my humiliation by maybe getting a plastic trophy at the end of the day. Ohh, and my cholesterol and lipids will take an additional and completely unnecessary thrashing. Now I just look good year-round, enjoy life, eat tons and tons of wicked food and I feel so much better.

how was you gear usage and diet when you where dead serious about bodybuilding?
how different is it now?

I was still cycling on and off at that point. Now it's a safer, lower dosage with no yo-yo'ing bullshit and PCTs and all that. Just routine blood work and occasional "off" periods - basically when I get sick of injecting I'll stop until my ego crumbles and my conditioning gets crappy. Or maybe that was the other way around lol ;D

I was also delusionally perma bulking, thinking "fuck, I'm a huge sexy beast under all this fat". But if you're not conditioned PRESENTLY, then it doesn't matter what you COULD look like. I realized that after years of delusions of grandeur but wish I realized it sooner. I only looked good when I dieted down for summer and a couple of times where I did a bit of a pre-contest style diet so I could see how good I would look in a conditioned state.

Now what I do is stay conditioned and when I want to bulk, I shred down hard and then bulk up because it's just like when people do post-contest bulks. You explode with really good quality mass and that's what I like. I've been hitting the ephedrine and caffeine for the last two weeks and doing a bit of a diet. Just got some Superdrol so I'll hit that hard for a week and stop the ephedrine. Already up 3lbs and everything is rock hard. I'll probably put on 10lbs (including some recovered water/glycogen that was lost cutting) and expect to stay that weight conditioned well. I'll only take the SD for about a week on at 10mgs per day and then a week off. It's strong as fuck and my body rejects anything more than that. It's all you really need though, potent as FUCK!

Add whole psyllium husks to the list.  A couple tablespoons in some water to make into a thick paste then flavor it with a sweetener, add cinnamon or whatever.

Stuff will make you feel really full and keep you regular....nearly shat myself this morning.

Lots of home remedies, but willpower is the one I use the most.  When I get those sudden urges for something, I just concvince myself that I dont want it.  No need for rice cakes  :-X fiber with spices, filling up on starches.  Just get past it.  Train your body to get used to and it and past it and you will succeed.  Always trying to fill in the craving with something else never trains your body to deal with it.  Don't give in and get used to it, a shitty couple weeks but what I found is after fighting it that the cravings just went away.  The idea of cake, or ice cream just made me not want it.  I had to force myself to eat because I wasn't hungry.  It eventually got me to the best shape of my life.  I knew it when I had veins popping out of my abs.  I steyed lean like that for a while but had great muscle mass, then I got injured and that fucked it all up for me for a few years.

I'm weak when it comes to food. This seems to work for me:

1. I don't start eating until noon. Then I eat again at 6 pm, 8 pm, and 10 pm. Saves all my eating for later in the day, when I'm most likely to cheat. Each meal is 500 kcal, so I get lots of food later in the day. Makes me feel full later on and this works for me at least 90% of the time, if not more. It's not any particular diet philosophy...I just found that this works best to counter-act my inherent weaknesses.

2. If I feel like I'm going to eat extra food after my 10pm meal, I first go brush my teeth. Then I drink a 2L bottle of diet coke if I'm still hungry. If that doesn't work, I eat a half dozen pickles. If that doesn't work, I eat a cucumber and vinegar salad with salt and pepper. If that doesn't work, I just go to bed and tell myself I'm being stupid. Or maybe log on to the net and an enthralling site to take my mind off things.

3. I generally eat whatever I want (in smart quantities of course) with any of my meals, as long as it adds up to 2K calories daily. That way, I can sneak things in like pizza, or bread, or some peanut butter, or other foods I get a craving for. 95% of the battle is calories in vs out.

4. I go try on the pair of jeans I keep for when I get sub-10% BF. The shame of putting them on and not being able to button them up usually kills my appetite.

5. I try to initiate sex with my wife. This is a last resort, since she usually says "no", so it's not fool proof. And getting rejected makes me want to eat more. So it's a bit of a gamble. When it pays off, it's perfect. If not, I'm going hog-wild on the Jiff.

Lots of willpower.  But I found that drinking coffee helps take the edge of hunger but you can't drink too much coffee, so I just have 2 cups first thing in the morning and maybe another during the day.  Also a slow release protein powder which contains fiber right before sleep also helps keep some of the hunger pains away at night.  If I drink a wpi at night I wake up so hungry I am almost climbing walls.
