Eat local raw honey.

Problem solved.

No need to be a vegan brother.

Watch a falcon in the wild.  It ain't eating cucumbers and tomatoes.

No need to go full blown vegetarian.

Eat local raw honey with cappings in it.

Look it up Falcon.

Raw honey is what honey badgers eat.

And you know how they roll...

Raw honey + Apple Cider Vinegar = Power of Megatron

You been eating too many wild berries Johnny.. Veggys still can suffer with pollen.. It is down to inflamation and irritation of the nasal membrane. Consuming excess veggys does not cure this. Google it an look at all the vegans and veggys who still got problems with it

No animal products and no wheat gluten worked for me....took couple years, but it worked.  Had seasonal allergies so bad, that I would miss multiple weeks of work each year, that was fucked!

I see my buddies kids sniffiling/sneezing/coughing right now and it's tough to watch, cause' it's only gonna get worse.

Some people it's corn, others is rice.... but vegan, or better yet, low fat raw vegan with no wheat products makes the difference.  It's actually a shock to walk outside right now and feel fine.

For those that eat whatever they want and have no issues, I envy your convenience.
