Benfatto in 1987 starting at 5 sec. in and El Shahat Mabrouk
starting at 4:40. Compare Mabrouk with next vid.

El Shahat Mabrouk going to the dark side. Doesn't even look like
the same person. Modern bodybuilding at it's best.  ;D

Compare the middleweight class from 25 years ago in that 1987 World champs video to the monstrosities we see today.The proof is in the other video with Mabrouk in it,he`s at least 44lbs heavier in the second video and looks ten times worse.
