I eat 6-8 eggs a day.

I always change it up.  I like 4 fried with soft yoke.  Or 4 poached soft with butter chopped up and dunked with toast.

the others go raw into my shake.

I have about 20 eggs/day. Taste nice and are cheap, I love eggs.

sunny side up ... if you overcook them they get a sulphur taste and smell.. you will occasionally get a bad tasting yolk ... its amazing how salt makes them taste so much paper


also cutting up strips of toast and dunking them into soft boiled eggs...
