That was a bitch, 12K in 1:08. I could taste blood in my lungs the last mile, kind of takes the fun out of it.

Did better today, 15K race 1:20.44, came close to puking but held it together.

Thanks. I ran my first 1/2 marathon a week ago did it in 2:07, it was all trails and a pretty solid course.
 I came in 12th overall, first in age group.

 Not much interest in running around here though so I thought I would just go ahead and let the thread die out, so thanks for the props.
